Say What? This floating house has a float that just rated a 4!!! It is a huge slip at 31.5 x 87. Sure, it is a cosmetic fixer BUT, the location within Jantzen Beach Marina is fantastic. It is located in a very wide “lagoon” so the neighboring row is not so close that you can pass the Grey Poupon. The house itself is also enormous offering the primary bedroom on the main level with walk in closet and ensuite bath. Upstairs the world is your oyster. Leave it a groovy open space or divvy it up into rooms. The beam and high ceilings add that floating home character. Bring your hammer and your paintbrush. This ones got good bones, oversized slip, slip ownership, & gated parking.
